PKR One-to-One Children’s Fund Poker Tournament

The annual One to One Children's Fund Charity Poker Tournament sponsored by PKR takes place on Sunday 13 May at top London venue, Sketch.

Some of poker's biggest names and celebrity players gathered together at last year’s event. Celebrity bounties included Michael Greco, Norman Pace, Richard Herring, Leilani Dowding and taking 3rd place in the tournament, UK TV's Green Wing and Confetti star, Stephen Mangan.

Also dropping by to show his support was The Da Vinci Code actor, Paul Bettany. Poker pros such as Roland de Wolfe and John Duthie also joined them in vying for the Tournament Champion title.

This year’s celebrities include Hotel Babylon’s Dexter Fletcher and Max Beasley, Hustle’s Marc Warren and Radio 1 and Fame Academy’s Colin Murray.

The event also incorporates a charity auction that features a range of impressive lots. Past lots have featured unique items such as original U2 album artwork, a walk on part in a Terry Pratchett film, and dinner and accommodation aboard a luxury yacht at the Cannes Film Festival.

The Omar Sharif Backgammon tournament celebrating its 7th year, runs simultaneously alongside the poker tournament.
