World Series of Poker Europe

With the World Series and the cream of world poker talent in town, there are plenty of deals being done away from the poker tables in the West End of London.

Betfair have signed the Norwegian online superstar Annette "Annette_15" Obrestad. She will be one of their main faces in the years to come, and will be playing all European Poker Tour tourneys and the Aruba Classic. In addition Betfair will send her all over the world to play and represent them.

Once Annette decided to focus more on her live game, she did not have to wait long before the offers came.

Right now Annette is in London for the WSOPE and is one of the chipleaders.

She is understandably delighted with the arrangement: "I am very happy that we reached an agreement, and I am happy it was Betfair."
