Results from the Ladbrokes LEOCOP IV $200 Second Chance Plus event

The sixth LEOCOP IV event, the Second Chance Plus, saw 229 players vie for a prize-pool of $86,700. Sophiexxx from London emerged the victor after eight hours and twenty minutes of play, winning $23,842 when her full house annihilated Ow-Zone. Ow-Zone, from Sheffield, qualified for the event via a coin-flip satellite and was more than compensated for his second place efforts as he banks $15,172.

Inorissss, from Sweden, narrowly missed out on heads-up play, coming third. He was hoping that after his two previous LEOCOP IV cashes, that three times a charm would apply and he’d secure a win in the Second Chance Plus, but instead he notched up some well deserved points on the LEOCOP Leaderboard and $9,970 cash instead.

So far the LEOCOP IV has seen Ladbrokes Poker give away over $50,000 in added money. The popular online poker festival will run for ten more days and see the remaining $450,000 in added money handed out.

Edward Ihre, MD of Ladbrokes Poker, commented: “Our online poker festival is easily one of the best value series around. Not only is there on average $10,000 added to each of the events, but also on the table is the chance to play in Poker Million VII, one of the richest and most prestigious televised poker tournaments in the world with a first prize of $1,000,000.”

He continued, "We have some great events over the weekend as the Fixed Limit begins tonight, the Omaha Hi/Lo Championship is on Saturday followed by the Sunday Deepstack. There truly hasn’t been a better time for players to visit Ladbrokes Poker and try their hand!”

The festival will culminate with the LEOCOP Main Event $1000 + $100 buy-in, which has a massive $250,000 added. For those who think the buy-in is a tad steep visit Ladbrokespoker.com where there are daily opportunities for players to satellite in for considerably lower stakes.
