Microgaming’s Poker Network served up records galore when a heads up game delivered the largest pot in online poker history.
Two ultra competitive players, who at one stage had $800,000 on the table between them, played a $465,461 hand during an eight hour marathon, eclipsing the previous $357,256 record by over $100,000.
Microgaming powers the Prima Poker network, home of skins such as SpinPalace, bet365, 32Red and Purple Lounge.
This slice of poker history was watched by 600 people and the chat box on the site was almost overwhelmed by the volume of excited posts.
