One of the opening events of the World Series of Poker is the Casino Employees World Championship bracelet event.
It's the tourney which gives the guys and gals who man Vegas' cardrooms and beyond the chance to play for WSOP glory.
Invariably excellent players in their own right, this $500 buy-in event attracted 1,039 entries, throwing up a prizepool of $467,500
It was the second-largest Casino Employees Poker World Championship in history, with only the 2006 event having slightly more participants.
Because of the large size of the field, play went long on Day Two.
