Gloucestershire make it look easy as they beat Surrey by 128 runs in this Friends Provident Trophy game. The cricket season is reaping us some good profits so far, let's hope that Fletch can keep it up in the weeks to come.
With John Bracewell back at the County Ground Gloucestershire can put a couple of dismal seasons behind them and do what they did the last time he was in charge - successfully target one day cricket. He is a master at details as New Zealand discovered when he returned home to coach them and his impact has already been felt in the west country with a handsome FP win last Sunday.
Surrey in contrast are not a team to back with any faith. They have talent but I fear are lacking nous, especially in the bowling departments.
This is a match to be backing or looking to back Gloucester in. They are well drilled, committed and better at this style of cricket than Surrey.
