The glory belonged to us on Tuesday as Goodison Glory took down the 1.20 race priced at 9/4Catterick
1.20 - This looks to be an interesting maiden and one that is likely to come down to two from the field. Lily Jicaro ran a decent enough race on debut over 6f at Redcar. She was in mid-division for much of the race. She then hung left over 2f out, edged left again and stayed on well inside the final furlong to just get turned over by a half length and come in a creditable 2nd. She is still unproven on today’s heavy ground and that could well be her undoing.
My tip goes to Goodison Glory who looked like he needed the run on debut, but nonetheless put up a promising enough run.
